If you are an outgoing person who would enjoy creating amazing experiences for our guests, then keep reading to see an overview of the job. Extend a warm and friendly greeting to ALL guests. Explain menu items and answer product questions as raised by guests. Take guests orders accurately. Accept payment from guests and make change correctly. Operate the cash register and be responsible for cash receipts. Present orders to guests properly with all necessary items. Thank each guest for their business. Count the change back at the beginning of each shift to verify accuracy. Stock adequate supplies behind counter and in dining area. Prep drinks and assist in kitchen as needed to continue smooth flow of the operation. Clean all guests' areas including restrooms. Remove trash from the receptacles and place at rear of building.
