Position Requirements MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Culinary education a plus.EXPERIENCE: Cooking experience in restaurant, catering and/or hotel preferred.OTHER: Sanitation Certificate required; ability to speak and understand the Spanish languageis a plus.
