What You'll Do You will be responsible for solving the hardest AI problems on the team, often at the cutting edge of research where there often are no well-defined answers. - Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, with a focus on LLMs, transformers, embeddings, and generative AI.
- 3-7 years of industry experience in AI/ML, including hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of leading projects from prototype to deployment, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and a deep commitment to end-user experience.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to a broad audience in writing or brainstorming in real-time. In disagreements, you engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed.
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-pace, and dynamic environment

- Experience working at an early stage or hyper-growth startup.
