Job Type Full-time, Part-time Description •Measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe. •Prepping various ingredients such as meats and vegetables. •Operates various kitchen appliances such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer. •Seasons food according to recipes or company needs. •Collaborating with the Kitchen Managers and other cooks to prepare meals. •Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep area and kitchen is cleaned and sanitized at the end of the shift. •Maintaining a pantry stock record. •Rotating stock items as per established procedures. •Restocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary. •Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures. •Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns.
