**Prep Cook**
**Shift:** Day and Evening | Weekend Rotation
**Status:** Part Time
**Department:** Dining Services
**Role Responsibilities:**
* Preparing food items for residents and Sisters of Teresian House.
* Preparing food items for the lounge to be sold to employees and guests.
* Assist with everyday preparation of food and items needed for daily meal output.
* Maintain a clean and sanity work environment.
**Qualified Prep Cook candidates will have:**
* High school graduate or equivalent.
* Knowledge of and at least one year's experience in general quantity cooking.
* Interest in continuing education in culinary arts.
* Ability to follow recipes and menus.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
