Job Summary:Thomas KIA of Highland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Used Car Salesperson. This is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry, located in Highland, Indiana. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for helping customers find and purchase quality pre-owned vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a challenging, yet rewarding opportunity for a driven and dedicated individual to advance their career in the automotive industry.Compensation & Benefits:This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $150,000 per year, paid biweekly. In addition, Thomas KIA of Highland provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement and career growth within our organization.Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed established sales goals and targets for used vehicle sales- Build and maintain relationships with customers to establish a loyal client base- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and pricing information for all in-stock vehicles- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits to potential customers- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales with customers to ensure a win-win agreement- Assist with vehicle appraisals and trade-in evaluations- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales and financing- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues- Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve sales techniques and customer service skillsRequirements:- Be HAPPY, EXCITING, ON TIME and READY to MAKE MONEY- SPANISH speaking would be a HUGE PLUS- CLEAN, HEALTHY LOOK is a MUST- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment- Proficient in basic computer skills and experience with CRM software- Valid driver's license and clean driving record- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededEEOC Statement:Thomas KIA of Highland is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
