POSITION OVERVIEWThe Webcast/Video Producer will consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients and internal stakeholders through excellent project management for live and on-demand webcasts and hybrid in-person events and video projects. This person needs to be proactive, highly responsive, pay great attention to detail, be results-oriented, have good judgment, and a high standard of excellence. They will work closely with the Head of Multimedia and Multimedia Producer/Editor and Production Manager to support all aspects of both internal and external multimedia webcasts and video productions.RESPONSIBILITIESThe successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and executing of internal and external multimedia webcasts and video projects. These projects include brand messaging, macro updates, annual and due diligence virtual meetings, in-person event video content, internal communications and more. More specifically, this hire will be expected to:
  • Maintain task lists and timelines for each of these events
  • Manage all aspects of webcast operations from initial briefing to reconciliation
  • Keep speakers and internal participants well-informed of all relevant logistical information
  • Manage data and metrics for stakeholder follow-up
  • Create timely and effective communications as often as needed
  • Field questions and offer advice to team members to assist with creative problem-solving
  • Work with the team to ensure adherence to brand standards of operations
  • Create accurate and timely budgets and reconciliation of multimedia programs working with Production Manger
  • Create and closely monitor value adds at every opportunity, and look to find innovative ways to deliver content and enhance each event
  • Share knowledge of best practices regarding new suppliers and services
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of project management and marketing experience, preferably in a financial/corporate environment
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing or Communications or Production
  • Knowledge of webcast and virtual event platforms
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Superior project management skills, including timeline and budget creation, management, and reconciliation - Working knowledge of Asana a plus
  • Highly organized - ability to handle multiple tasks and strong time management to meet strict deadlines
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office; specifically Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead group meetings with senior management, highly responsive to key stakeholder inquiries
  • Creative problem solver and decision maker; resourceful
  • Team-oriented while also being able to work autonomously
  • Adaptability - to situations and ever-changing demands
  • Ambitious, proactive, and creative
  • A calm, professional, and flexible approach to handling high-pressure situations
#LI-DNIThis is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.Base Salary Range$185,000-$225,000 USDKKR is an equal opportunity employer.
