This position works with Case Managers, Home Health Aides and Nurses to prepare medical notes for payroll and billing purposes. Frequent use of Excel spreadsheets requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Working collaboratively with multiple departments is required for growth and long-term success. We are seeking someone who is friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and who enjoys working both solo and in groups. Successful Notes Processors meet the requirements below: #PIQ Responsibilities:

    • Contact Home Health Aides and Nurses to retrieve missing notes and request corrections to charting.
    • Use medical management software, PDF editing software, spreadsheets, email, and other basic Microsoft Office applications
    • Process and review medical and caregiver notes for accuracy
    • Keep payroll deadlines and make sure all contractors are accurately paid, in collaboration with the billing specialist
    • Troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
    • Strong computer skills, specifically with Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
Qualifications:
    • Strong computer skills, specifically with Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
    • Accuracy in work tasks
    • Excellent reading, writing, & verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
    • Sharp memory with strong analytical ability
    • Interest in making a difference behind the scenes for our patients and their families
    • Must have great interpersonal skills and be a team player
    • Must be able to handle repetitive tasks and sitting at a computer for long periods of time
Benefits:
    • $100 monthly cell phone reimbursement, after 90 days
    • Monthly in-office lunch to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other events
    • PTO, 8 ½ paid holidays + your birthday off, as well as sick time, after 90 days
    • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, after 90 days
    • Hours typically from 8a-5p
    • Job Type: Full-time
    • 401(k) + matching
    • Work-from-home opportunities, after 6 months; this is not a remote position
Hours:
    • Monday through Friday 8-5
Education:
    • High school or equivalent (preferred)
    • Bilingual (preferred)
