Job Type Full-time Description Position Summary: Establishes new accounts and maintains relationships with our existing customers in efforts to grow our sales territory. Essential Job Functions:
- Establish new customer accounts through networking, cold-calling, referrals, and office generated leads.
- Provides excellent customer service to our existing customer base.
- Communicates effectively with the shop, to ensure 100% follow up on all customer orders.
- Has strong tire and service knowledge to educate and provide recommendations to our customer base.
- Continues to drive sales
- Excellent time manager, negotiator, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
- High School or GED diploma
- 1-2 years of successful outside sales experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive, commercial tire industry.
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
