STARTING WAGE: $14.00 PER HOUREssential Job Functions:* Enforces company policies/procedures as they apply to the Internal Controls & Indiana Gaming Commission rules/ regulations* Prepares reports and Security logs, dispatches Security Officers to assignments as required* Monitors fire alarm systems, dispatches appropriate internal contacts and external agencies* Escorts checks, tokens, cash, and patrons as directed* Collects and transports drop boxes to the storage / holding area* Administers first aid when required* Fulfill station bill requirements when required* Reports all designated activities to the Supervisor/appropriate authority* Must be able to patrol the perimeter and entire property* May be required to ride a mountain bike style bicycle for a sustained period of time (1-2 hour intervals throughout an 8 hour shift)* Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as Tropicana Evansville internal controls, policies and procedures* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and down stairs* Must be able to work a variety of hours, holidays and weekends Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions* Must be able to work in an environment with second hand smoke and loud noises* Frequently required to sit and occasionally climb, balance, stoop or kneel May be required to perform other duties as assigned* Vision abilities include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusQualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Job Summary: Maintain security and safety over the entire facility during assigned shift. Escorts all money transfers through out the riverboat and support facilities. Oversees patron and Team member safetyCertifications, Licenses, Registrations: Must have a valid Indiana Driver's License. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Indiana Gaming Commission License.Access to Gaming Facility: YESAccess to Sensitive Materials: YES
