Timely and Safe Delivery: - Safely transport food items from our Delivery Kitchen to customer locations in a prompt and efficient manner.
Customer Service: - Provide exceptional customer service by delivering orders with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Order Verification: - Confirm accuracy and completeness of orders before departure, addressing any discrepancies and maintaining the quality of our products.
Adherence to Traffic Rules: - Obey traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself, other road users, and the goods being transported.
Communication:- Maintain clear and effective communication with restaurant staff, dispatch, and customers as needed.
Documentation:- Complete necessary paperwork and log delivery details accurately, ensuring records are up-to-date and in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable and well-maintained personal vehicle.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns, including streets, highways, and buildings.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
