DEPARTMENT: Various Departments

SCHEDULE: Day/Evening, Evening/Night, Weekends & Holidays as required by unit

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Patient Care & Service: Promote and restore patients' health; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; provide physical, educational and emotional support
• Planning & Communication: Develop and document individualized care plans; maintain effective communication
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management: Demonstrate proficient use of an Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Compliance: Adhere to required protocols, regulations, and education requirements

EDUCATION: AS: Nursing (Required)

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA), RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting

PAY RANGE: $35.75 - $48.00
