Last year, FlowX.AI secured the largest Series A funding round for enterprise software over the past two years. Mission We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forward Deployed Architect to join our Customer Success team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing complex solutions that meet the diverse needs of our big enterprise clients, particularly in the banking ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java or .NET, extensive solution architecture experience, and a proven track record of working in complex end-to-end projects. This is what you will be contributing to:

  • Engage directly with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing systems, with a focus on backend, frontend, mobile, and database components.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure high-quality solution delivery from concept through to production.
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership in solution design, leveraging Java or .NET frameworks.
  • Advocate for best practices in software development and architecture, including microservices and containerization with Kubernetes.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, workshops, and proposal development.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within FlowX.AI to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in the banking sector, to provide innovative solutions to clients.
As a FWD Solution Architect you will work closely with our clients and the Customer Success team. Who you are:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years as a Solution Architect with a strong software development background.
  • Developer Background: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a software developer, with proficiency in Java or .NET.
  • Enterprise Expertise: Proven success in designing and implementing solutions for large-scale enterprises, with deep knowledge of enterprise architecture.
  • Cloud Expertise: In-depth experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) and managed services models, including designing, deploying, and optimizing cloud-native solutions.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated track record of managing complex, end-to-end projects across backend, frontend, mobile, and databases.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies is highly desirable.
  • Consultancy Skills: Strong ability to engage with clients, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provide expert advice.
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the banking ecosystem, including its challenges and opportunities.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of performing under pressure in fast-paced environments.
