Full time Store Manager - 1229
An up-and-coming deli store in Manhattan is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee front-end operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage various store functions effectively.
Responsibilities Include:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train front-end staff, including cashiers and delivery personnel, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily store operations, including cashier functions, delivery management, and overall client interactions.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Communication: Foster effective communication among team members and with clients to maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Store Hours Management: Manage the store's operations efficiently during the 8 am to 4 pm shift.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role is preferred.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to handle client interactions and provide excellent service.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
