Job Description: - Clean and maintain the ship's deck areas, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing as needed- Organize and maintain deck equipment, such as lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of events and activities on the deck, including arranging furniture and equipment- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool and other recreational areas- Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the deck department- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and crew members- Participate in training and drills to maintain a safe and efficient working environment- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all timesQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug testWorking Place: Miami, FL, United States
