- Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion
- Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks
REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING: - Knowledge of a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Ability to work under general supervision
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment
- Ability to complete formal training in area of specialty
- Ability to handle all 9 mold stations
- Wide degree of creativity and latitude
Your Education Should Be...High School Education or GED preferred
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...INTERACTION: - Works with leaderman/supervisor

Your Professional Experience Should Be... - 6 months or more in an Industrial/Manufacturing Environment
