Overview:We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Parking Lot Street Sweeper. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and appearance of parking lots through sweeping and general upkeep.Responsibilities:Sweep parking lots using appropriate equipment and toolsRemove debris, litter, and trash from designated areasPerform light maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness of parking lotsWork efficiently to complete assigned tasks in a timely mannerFollow safety protocols and guidelines while performing dutiesQualifications:Experience in landscaping, Groundskeeping, or related field is preferredKnowledge of basic hand tools for cleaning and maintenance workAbility to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsFamiliarity with tree care, lawn care, and hardscape maintenance is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a teamThis position offers an opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of our facilities while working in an outdoor environment.
