Restaurateur & Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser is looking for a talented **Line Cooks** to join the JF Restaurants team at IRIS, his 5000 square foot restaurant located at 1740 Broadway.

Recently named one of New York's top 10 restaurants by the New York Times, IRIS is inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the Mediterranean. The menu at IRIS is inspired by the style of eating found in the Aegean, with Chef Fraser drawing upon his Greek heritage and his deep admiration for Turkish cuisine, as well as his signature vegetable-forward vision and techniques.

Seriously interested candidates must be passionate, organized, hard-working and self-motivated. Candidates must also have a strong desire to learn and grow in addition to strong communication skills and being a team player. We are looking for people who can work well with a tight, harmonious team and who can take direction in a disciplined and intense but supportive and respectful environment. **Compensation Details**
