Job Summary: As the Treatment for Individuals Experiencing Homelessness (TIEH) therapist, you will provide clinical services, including therapy and crisis intervention/crisis planning to the identified unserved members of the community (individuals aged 18 and older, including aging-out youth and families with serious mental illness, serious emotional disturbances, and/or co-occurring disorder). What You Will Do: Conduct comprehensive assessments for caseload assigned. Provide individual, family and group counseling.? Manage assigned caseload and document interventions in a timely and accurate manner. Utilize evidence-based practices in clinical interventions. Collaborate with treatment team and recovery support personnel to ensure care is coordinated.? Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.? Offer education to clients and their families regarding diagnosis, medications, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes. What We Need to See: Master's Degree in social work or related field?with applicable license to provide clinical services (LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW) Minimum of three years of experience providing clinical services to the homeless population and /or with high need individuals with SMI/COD/SUD(internship count toward years of experience) Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required A valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance?.
