Description:Role: Engagement Director - SAP Order to Cash (OTC) - NextGen - Global Consulting PracticeLocation: Any US LocationPlease note: Candidate must be willing to travel up to 100% to client siteJob Description and Responsibilities:•Provide solutions and model solutions based on client's needs, priorities, and industry leading practices•Candidate will be responsible for assisting on defining,designing, governing and delivering SAP centric solutions that enableand enhance OTC business processes•Lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomes•Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication.•Ready to travel out of the country for possible onshoreresponsibilities, such as providing technology consulting expertise, anddriving workshops and training sessions•Ability to demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FICO, SD, PP, QM, PM)•Provide contribution in project planning and execution accordingto objectives, specifications, schedules, and quality standards•Gather and organize business/user requirements and feasibility analysis•Perform application design for systems architecture and integration•Adopt best practices and architect innovative solutions to keep up in pace with the ever-growing needs of the business•Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and provide productionsupport to business with primary focus oriented towards ensuringbusiness continuity, enabling efficient solutions, providing utmostcustomer satisfaction, and meeting SLAs•Develop implementation schedules, system implementation planning, and execution.•Ensure project success criteria are met•Builds strong relationships with IT/business peers and management to best meet company goals and objectivesRequired Experience & Skills•Experience leading large global, consulting led Order to Cash(OTC) business transformation program delivery with proven track recordand a deep understanding of business values of transformationprograms/objectives•Ability to speak business language, guide business counterpartstowards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements intotechnical requirements•Expert knowledge of end-to-end Order to Cash business processesincluding Sales Order Processing including Sales Order Creation,Pricing, Customer Master setup, Account Determination, DeliveryProcessing (shipping, shipment), Customer Invoicing including revenuerecognition, and Integration to EWM / TM•Proven ability to lead and speak of SAP OTC functionality as it related to business processes•Expert understanding of industry specific KPI's and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business•Understanding of integration with other business processes –between Sales and other functional areas with specific reference toproduction and material movement / logistics•Working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANA based OTC structures•Expert level knowledge in SAP SD modules and understanding of integration with other modules•Provide accurate estimates, timeline and ability to self-direct and mentor/manage teams and client.•Ability to be hands on if required and mentor junior team members•Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership•Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships•Demonstrated experience in managing transformational initiatives•At least five(5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP ProjectManager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production,Purchasing, Warehouse)•A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience•At least six (6) years' experience in proposal and business case development•Proven sales experience•Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships•Experience managing 20+ resources•Willingness to travel up to 100%•Bachelors degree or equivalent required#LI-AD1
