We offer extensive training programs and active mentoring/coaching allowing you to become a leader within our organization.You will have responsibility for managing project aspects, leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives, leading workstreams within larger projects, process mapping, building and managing client relationships, and utilizing research and strong analytical skills to deliver complex client solutions.Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and attend client meetings.
  • Client relationship management (high visibility with c-level executives).
  • Data Analysis and interpretation.
  • Conduct necessary research to establish ideal solutions for client's business.
  • Process Mapping and identifying opportunities for improved processes.
  • Offer strategic and practical solutions to client problems.
  • Present findings to client in concise and clear manner.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and client management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, PowerBI) is a plus.
  • Business Acumen: An understanding of business dynamics and challenges, with the ability to provide strategic insights and solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Work with a sense of urgency.
  • Commitment to Deliver: Ensure deadlines, analysis, documentation, timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Client Focus: Ability to maintain confidentiality with company and client information.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel up to 50% each month
Preferred Certifications: PMP, Black Belt, Agile, Scrum MasterPreferred Technology proficiencies: Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project)#LI-IM
