Wages range from $12-$15 an hour, with a starting wage of $13.
**Paid Time Off**
Start accruing .02 hours worked for each payroll after their first anniversary. You can earn up to 80 hours then it will cap with no expiration date. Example - if you worked 60 hours in a pay period you would get 1.20 hours of PTO accrued (60 x .03 = 1.2).
**Insurance**
Eligible for insurance once 90-day measurement period is met and you work 30+ hours a week. You will be offered medical insurance. At that time, you will either decline the insurance or accept. If you accept the insurance the cost to you is 9.5% of your adjusted gross earnings and the company pays the rest of the premium. Plan is for Individual coverage only. Child, spouse or family coverage is available but at full cost to employee. Dental and vision are also offered at your own expense.

Aflac is offered at a discounted price to McDonald's employees. A local representative comes around to inform you of all the options that are available.
**Uniforms**
Uniforms are provided. Think about how much money it costs to work somewhere where you must buy your own clothes! If you ever need a different size uniform or your uniforms ever become damaged please speak with a manager or visit our online portal to request new uniforms.

Scheduling is flexible. We understand that you have a personal life and we want to work with you. If your days off and availability is communicated prior to the schedule being up, you can feel confident in receiving the day off and in us accommodating your requested availability.
