Job Description :

American Implement is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated individual to serve as our Parts Sales Representative at our dealership in Syracuse, Kansas. This position holds an important role within the dealership providing customer service to external and internal customers, including marketing, promotional, advertising and stocking duties related to the sale, receipt, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories. EOE. COMPENSATION:

  • This is a full-time position with 45+ hours/week.
  • Base hourly wage $16-20 per hour, DOE.
  • Estimated annual wage (hourly + OT) $43-55k+.
  • Plus eligible for overtime and quarterly incentive.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Receives and processes sales orders of parts and services for customers and technicians.
  • Records sales and/or counter transactions.
  • Helps maintain proper inventory processes including daily bin counts.
  • Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
  • Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.
  • Maintains and stocks showroom area.
  • Responds to and resolves customer inquiries in a positive, professional and confident manner.
  • Participates in all job-related training and development.
  • Performs routine housekeeping tasks in both the showroom and work area.
  • Maintains condition of department vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 1 years of Parts Department experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Internet.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic Parts Department reports.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching overhead, must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs. without assistance, driving a vehicle, extensive hours on a computer, hearing normal tones, and seeing.
