Lead Dock Worker
Summary
Provide leadership, organize and monitor the flow of goods being loaded and unloaded from the trucks. Provide training for dock personnel and close monitoring of safety procedures and policies.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Assist with supervision of Dock Workers, Balers, Tipper Operators, Forklift Operators and Truck Helpers. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Qualifications
Must maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to Goodwill's liability insurance provider.
Must maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.
