Job Description :

Such businesses include Tech, Restaurant, Super Market, Facility Maintenance, Retail, Specialty and more. Job Responsibilities
  • Day to day on-site management of subcontractors on behalf of a general contractor
  • Creating and managing a construction schedule
  • Organizing and documenting of daily operations and paperwork
  • Providing estimates and budgets, contract negotiation, reviewing plans, vendor coordination, site visits, managing schedules and overseeing the bidding processes
  • Reviewing blueprints and/or gathering information for the project scope of work
  • Provide updates to the client on project milestones throughout all phases of the project
  • Update internal and client software management systems throughout all phases of the project
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a construction superintendent or a similar role, preferably in commercial projects
  • Experience in day-to-day on-site management of subcontractors on behalf of a general contractor
  • Capability of creating and managing a construction schedule
  • Understanding of contractual drawings and project scope
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel is a plus
