Job Description As Contracts Review Attorney/ In-House Legal Counsel, you will work autonomously and as part of the wider business/ legal team. Varied responsibilities include:
- Working on a variety of contracts and agreements - drafting, negotiating, reviewing and administration
- Drafting and negotiating contracts/ agreements - domestic & international contracts and NDA's, license agreements, teaming agreements,
- Updating, reviewing and maintaining contract templates and library
- Reviewing internal policies and procedures
- Must have experience in drafting contracts from start to finish

The Successful Applicant Demonstrable skills and experience required for the Contract Review Attorney/ Senior Legal Counsel role:
- 3+ years experience in contract work
- Must have experience in drafting contracts - not just editing from template contracts
- Law degree/ J.D. beneficial but not essential - paralegal or other relevant experience considered as long as you have had responsibility for drafting contracts
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Remote role, the company have an office in NYC which you can work from if you wish - candidates must be able to work EST time zone
