DescriptionShift: Saturday & Sunday - 8:00a - 6:30p
- Operation of the floor scrubber to clean all floors within our production facility per company cleanliness standards.
- Cleaning of curbing within production facility utilizing proper chemicals.
- Assist with dish room duties, and cleaning of bathrooms, break rooms, offices and floors when needed.
- When necessary, it would involve cleaning after a blood incident, machine cleaning after maintenance work completed and assisting with production green sheet cleaning.
- Assist Sanitation Assistants in minor equipment cleaning and sanitation.
- Maintain efficiency standards and maintain all records as applicable.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to produce safe, quality and legal products.
Requirements
- Knowledge of proper HACCP and GMP procedures and use lean manufacturing principles in all areas.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Ability for bending, stooping, walking, reaching, grasping, carrying are required on a constant basis. Ability to stand on feet for entire work shift, normally 8 hours, is required.
- Ability to problem-solve and communicate clearly.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Ability to think and work safety and work safely at all times and must follow all proper ergonomic and safety practices.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Must possess above average skills of the English language (understanding, speaking and reading). Must be able to perform simple math problems, including addition, subtraction and multiplication.
