**Hybrid remote, 2-3 days/week onsite**
Our client needs an Application Packager to support application deployment and upgrades.

**Responsibilities of the Application Packager:**
* Leverage RDSH, Horizon, and Zscaler for application delivery
* Provide hands-on support for packaging and deployment of applications
* Plan, design, install, and QA all application/system upgrades
* Windows OS and application patching
* Create and maintain dashboards to deliver service and EUX metrics
**Requirements of the Application Packager:**
* Bachelors degree or 5 years of studies in IT related field
* At least 4 years of experience managing SCCM in an enterprise environment
* Excellent understanding and experience supporting and automating enterprise environments
* Proven experience in desktop hardware/ software configuration in an enterprise environment
* MSI and EXE application packaging experience using Microsoft software for packaging, VBscript and/or PowerShell scripting
* Strong understanding of Windows OS, MacOS, SCCM, and Microsoft Office applications
* Strong understanding of RDSH technologies
* Understanding of VMware Horizon technologies
* Ability to work across global resources
