Key area of focus will be promptly entering incoming purchase orders and supporting sales representatives. Additionally, they will follow up on deliveries and inventories, and responding to customers within the service agreements. Work under the guidelines established for the region or Business Unit and actively participate in the search for process improvement in conjunction with the Customer Care Lead and Customer Care Manager.
