We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for roof consultations with potential client.This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively communicate our roofing services, and a proactive approach to reaching potential customers.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients in designated areas through direct outreach, including door-to-door canvassing and community events.Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for roof consultations by clearly explaining the benefits of our services and addressing client inquiries.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and interest.Data Management: Accurately record and track leads, appointments, and interactions using CRM software or other designated tools.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications is a plus.Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.Basic knowledge of roofing services is a plus, but not required.
