As the Solutions Product Manager for Delta's Energy Infrastructure Business, you will be at the forefront of innovation, transforming Delta from a product and service provider to a comprehensive solution provider. Your expertise in energy infrastructure, including BESS, PV, and EV charging, will be crucial in developing cutting-edge Solutions that meet the needs of clients deploying Utility and C&I scale renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Strategy and Roadmap:
- Define and communicate the Solutions vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives for growth in the Utility and C&I renewable energy segments.
- Develop and maintain the Solutions roadmap, staying ahead of industry trends and technology advancements to keep Delta at the forefront of the energy transition.
Solution Development:
- Master Delta's range of products and services, including PCS, BESS, PV inverters, and DC fast chargers.
- Actively engage customers in the renewable energy and EV charging sectors to define new solutions and quantify opportunity sizes.
- Oversee the Solutions development lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with system engineers and international development teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Form external partnerships as necessary for comprehensive solutions.
Solution Launch and Marketing:
- Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans, creating world class documentation and collaborating with Marketing and Sales to promote Solutions.
- Manage Solutions from launch to end of life, supporting Sales with training, solution selection, presentations and pricing.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Must have 3 years in Product Management roles with a focus on PCS, BESS, PV inverters, and/or DC fast charger products and solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Energy Infrastructure products and solutions relevant to the Renewable industry.
- Market Success: Demonstrated success in delivering products or solutions that meet customer requirements in a competitive market environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Travel Readiness: Ability to travel domestically as needed to meet clients and attend industry events, with occasional travel to Asia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Experience with utility-scale renewable energy products and solutions.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with regulatory frameworks and standards relevant to the Energy Infrastructure industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
