DescriptionFull-Time, varied hoursUnder the direction of the Support Services Coordinator, coordinates and prepares meals in accordance with established policies and procedures and dietary requirements. May supervise associated staff and inmates.RequirementsSuccessful completion of a reputable course in food preparation and/or management highly preferred. A degree in culinary arts is preferred. Knowledge in all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations. Knowledge of dietary requirements, restrictions, menu preparations, bulk food acquisition, storage, and ordering.
