Job Title: MIG WelderJob DescriptionJoin our team as a MIG Welder with opportunities available for both entry-level and mid-level experienced professionals. We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $19 to $25, based on your experience and ability to pass the D1.3 and D1.1 welding tests. In this role, you will perform MIG welding, fabrication, and finishing tasks on steel. Hard SkillsMIG welding (GMAW process)Knowledge of oxy/acetylene and plasma cutter useAbility to read tape measures and basic print readingProficiency in using basic hand tools and grindersSoft SkillsAttention to detailAbility to follow instructions and safety protocolsEffective communication skillsWork EnvironmentProduction Welding environment with shifts available on 1st shift (7am to 3:30pm, Mon - Fri) and 2nd shift (1:30pm - 12am, Mon - Thu).
