The Steel Network, Inc (TSN) is a leading national manufacturer of light steel framing building products. TSN is seeking to hire a CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. Learn more about our products at Position Overview: Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced steel fabrication equipment, including roll-forming, press-breaks, lasers, welding, and more. As part of our Tooling Team, you'll be involved in the planning, design, and implementation of tooling, machines, devices, and products for our sister companies within the building sciences. Primary Responsibilities:
- Read Blueprints.
- Calculate flat layout.
- Determine bend sequence.
- Pull tooling.
- Setup machine.
- Program machine to bend part to customer spec.
- Check parts using calipers and angles.
- Adjust machine as needed for variances during run.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to lift parts up to 50 lbs. required.
- Ability to stand for extended amounts of time.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
- Ability to properly use measuring equipment such as calipers, steel rules, and tape measure.
Experience & Education:
- High School Diploma, or GED is required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience is preferred.
Work Schedule: First Shift, Monday-Friday, from 6AM-2:30PM. With opportunity for overtime if needed. What We Offer:
