Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Setting-up for each job on the machine (to include retrieving rolls, feeding rolls, slitting/trimming roles, etc)
- Operating machine at highest efficiency possible
- Following work instructions and procedures in placefor each job
- Troubleshooting and adjusting the machine as needed
- Ensuring product conformance to specifications
- Maintaining accurate inventory management
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Quality conscious individual
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to operate clamp truck, forklift and rider pallet jack
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am) with some overtime/weekend work
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but no experience required
This position requires proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the language effectively.
