KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Job Description Available Upon Demand)
- Supports and implements the practice mission and strategic vision within their respective departments.
- Handles confidential information requiring professional discretion and compliance with protected health information, data integrity and security policies.
- Operates medical devices and treatments including TMS, EEG, Ketamine and others, providing direct patient care.
- Administers and scores ratings scales.
- Documents patient visits in the Electronic Health Record
- Provides support, reassurance, and comfort measures to patients during treatments.
- Assists in maintaining accurate Electronic Health Records.
- Other clinical or administrative duties as assigned to meet practice needs.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma | College Degree or Certification (LPN, CMA, or CNA) preferred | Familiar with EMR & PM System | Medical Terminology | TMS Machine (Will Train), Electronic Manometer, Thermometer & Scale | Attendance Is Essential of This Position | Proficient in Microsoft Platforms Hours: Hours are between 7am-7pm Mon-Fri. Some weekends may be required. Flexibility between 7am-7pm is necessary as schedules align with patient scheduled time. Shifts are typically 8 hours either starting at 7am or ending at 7pm, longer shifts may be required at times.
