Schedule : We offer different shifts for production M-F (Weekend Production can happen), 7:00 pm to 3:45 am
Pay: For evening shifts (7pm-345am or 11pm to 745am) $18.00/hour for the first 90 days. For daytime & afternoon shifts (7am to 345pm or 3pm to 1145pm) $17/hour for the first 90 days.
Job Responsibilities: - Operate equipment and machines that support production.
- Maintain and support 5S initiatives throughout the facility.
- Support and adhere to a safe culture by following all safety rules, supporting safety initiatives, and communicating opportunities for improvement through near misses, and Kaizen.
- Learn and operate multiple operations and rotate between different operations throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness of operations, equipment, and facility.
- Following process by correctly labeling and moving product.
- Inspecting product correctly to ensure quality products are being delivered to customers.
- Working in a fast paced environment completing repetitive tasks.
- Notify group leader of defective material, equipment, or tools that hinder the process.
- Participate in projects and work with others to provide solutions to opportunities and drive improvement and efficient.
