This role is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and packaging various components and parts for shipment.   • Cleaning Parts: Operate parts washing equipment to clean various components, ensuring they are free from contaminants, oils, and debris.
  • Inspection: Inspect cleaned parts for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of parts washing equipment to keep it in proper working condition.
  • Packaging: 4. Packaging Preparation: Prepare packaging materials, including boxes, crates, or containers, ensuring they meet packaging requirements.
  • Packaging Process: Package cleaned and inspected parts securely and accurately, following packaging guidelines and quality control procedures.
  • Labeling: Label packages with appropriate information, such as part numbers, quantities, and shipping instructions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of parts cleaned and packaged, including part numbers, quantities, and any quality issues.
