Business Analyst Transportation and Sharing Economy
Job Summary:
Seeking a problem solver, excited to work in a continually evolving environment, who can provide insightful solutions and utilize technology to improve processes and business growth. This role collaborates closely with our digital, underwriting and operations teams to develop groundbreaking solutions and improve inefficiencies across our digital platforms.
The Business Analyst role requires an understanding of insurance workflows and systems. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, have a service mentality, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
The Business Analyst is a member of the Transportation and Sharing Economy Operations team, which will support technology platforms across the department. Transportation and Sharing Economy underwrites admitted and non-admitted Auto, General Liability, and Excess/Umbrella lines of business.

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $56,200 to a maximum of $93,600. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employees contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
