Substitute Customer Service AssistantLocation: All Tulsa City-County LibrariesSalary: $13.00/hr.
Schedule: As needed and when available, flexible shifts
Essential Functions: - Checks Ready Sub program for available shifts on a regular basis:
- High School Diploma/GED required / Some college level coursework preferred;
- 1-3 years' customer service experience a plus;
- Ability to meet the following expectations:
- Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends;
- Work in a least 2 regions;
- Work a minimum of 8 hours/maximum of 39 hours per pay period (exceptions require 30-day notice and approval; unapproved gaps of more than 30 work days may result in separation)
Physical and Environmental Conditions:Physical Activity: For most positions work regularly requires stooping, bending and light lifting such as three or four reams of paper, four or five books, or other materials (up to 20 pounds). Some positions require moderate physical exertion, such as regularly lifting moderately heavy items (up to 40 pounds) such as crates full of books or pushing heavy (up to 100 pounds) wheeled carts full of books, on a highly frequent basis and/or assuming awkward positions.
