QUALITY CONTROL/INSPECTION:

Job Duties – Long Term Contract- Winslow ME Inspect parts for visual cosmetic defects

* Need to be able to lift at least 50lbs and work standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods of time

* Assembling, installing and mounting electrical components and wire harnesses in a neat and professional manner.

 Record information from inspection including serial and part numbers.

 Examine materials and parts from the supplier to ensure compliance with specifications.

 Inspect panels wiring landings and wire labels during the manufacturing process.

 Take Control Enclosure manufacturing as-built photos.

 Support the manufacturing department on quality-related process improvement projects.

 Review nonconforming product report anreportsosition of nonconforming materials.

 Confer with the Quality Manager to implement operating procedures and resolve system malfunctions.

 Investigate manufacturing process failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and to make recommendations.

 Identify manufacturing-related quality issues, improve quality, implement quality improvement projects, and participate in quality activities
