The General Manager will manage all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center Thermal (MRMCT) system as site manager-in-charge. Areas of oversight include production, distribution, customer service, client and community relations, financial budgeting, and budget management. Set and direct achievement of goals and priorities for direct reports and assure goals are established for all staff. Establish policies and procedures for implementation of corporate objectives, client contract obligations and requirements and business requirements. Coordinate all activities with Ever-Green Energy executive-in-charge and home office enterprise services staff. As Ever-Green Energy's local representative, meet all obligations of Operations and Management Agreement. Oversee development and implement training (OJT, cross-functional, etc.) for all staff to ensure operational consistency and good operating practices and professional development of staff. Develop staff to meet objectives for safety, environmental compliance, reliability, efficiency, and control of operating expenses.
