Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Receptionist for a growing construction group in Charlotte, NC. The Receptionist is often the first point of contact for visitors and callers, making this role crucial in creating a positive and welcoming impression of the company. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR department with organizing and conducting new hire orientations.
- Welcome and greet visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-assisted upon arrival.
- Handle incoming calls by answering, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule meetings, client visits, and company events as required.
- Make travel arrangements and provide administrative support to the HR department and other teams.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and other general office tasks, as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years' experience in a receptionist or administrative position.
- Construction industry preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
