**Job Description**

* Provide customers a 5-star experience

* Show up with a great attitude, be willing to learn and be a team player

* Follow proven processes to schedule service appointments from incoming calls, emails, and text messages from customers

* Actively listen to customers and provide solutions to meet their needs

* Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, coordinate with technicians and meet daily goals

* Update and provide reports for team and management

**Job Requirements**

* Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities

* Ability to communicate and listen effectively

* Follow proven processes

* Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
