**Job Description**

Supports the Team Member Services Department in all facets of Team Member Services

Operations and related activities by performing the following duties.

DUTIES

Manage the recruiting and employment process including applicant sourcing/developing candidate pool, pre-employment assessments for prospective hires and transfers, applicant tracking solution, reporting, on boarding, pre-screening, new-hire orientation and other processes.

Communicate with hiring managers regarding positions to fill.

Periodic travel to other sites to facilitate recruiting and address team member issues (
