We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Line Cook** to join our kitchen team for the **Eleven Madison Truck**.
**Position Summary-** Eleven Madison Truck
Eleven Madison Park has recently launched a non-profit food truck in partnership with Rethink Food. The restaurant is cooks who are passionate about food and helping those in need. The Eleven Madison Truck produces 400 meals daily, Monday through Friday, and works with community-based organizations in and around NYC to distribute the meals to those in need.
**Eleven Madison Park** is a three Michelin-starred restaurant led by Chef Daniel Humm featuring a thoughtful, multi-course menu inspired by local and seasonal ingredients. Our team is driven by a commitment to serve the most delicious food with the most gracious hospitality.
**Overview of Responsibilities:**
* Daily Production of EMT meals
* Maintain proper food handling and food safety guidelines.
* Contribute to the packaging and packing of orders.
* Participate in the distribution of meals
**Requirements for Success:**
* Organized
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* 1+ years of Line cook experience.

Hourly wage based on experience
