Overview:
Responsible for providing administrative support to program staff which may require in-depth knowledge of assigned program areas. Provides quality services to clients by maintaining records and reviewing and tracking documentation, ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data and maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible and are in compliance.
- Utilize office appliances such as fax machine, copiers, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
- Greet at reception desk, checking clients in and out and verify contact information and assist vendors as needed.
- Answer multi-line phone and take messages or redirect calls to appropriate staff person.
- Distribute incoming mail and faxes.
- Monitor inventory of supplies, including petty cash and stamps and request items as needed.
- Distribute office supplies throughout building as needed.
- Observe all agency policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff, community agencies, the public and clients.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and client information.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Carelogic, Microsoft Suite, MMIS Eligibility verification, MOTS (measures and outcomes tracking system).
- Must be able to clear a background check conducted through ODHS.
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Wage: $14.94 - $22.58 per hour DOE
