McMillan Electric Company is looking for a Winder & Wedger / Alternate Material Handler to join our team in Woodville, WI. If you share these values, we welcome you to join our team! Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm Job Summary A Winder & Wedger is responsible for operating the coil winding machine. On a rotational basis the operator exchanges positions alternating between coil winding and wedging.

• Visually inspect stator and wire
• Electronically test and repair stators
• Trim leads
• Pick wires
• Keep parts stocked
• Help with changeovers
• Operate a fork truck

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to reach and turn 180 degrees
• Team Player and positive attitude
• Ability to distinguish between colors
• Strong attendance record
• Must be able to use small hand tools
