POSITION TITLE: Operations Analyst
REPORTS TO: Senior Director Sourcing
STATUS: Full Time, Exempt
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Under the direction of the Senior Director Sourcing, the Operations Analyst is responsible for business and operational analytics, reporting, and research to support both internal and external stakeholders. The Operations Analyst will focus on supporting Pandion membership by identifying added services and savings opportunities that will optimize the member's overall supply cost management and business strategy. The individual will further support internal efforts to grow and expand our programs and bolster revenue growth. The individual must have an entrepreneurial mind set with extensive experience analyzing large data sets and deriving insights for business decisions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all analytical efforts, aggregation, and quality assurance of data from multiple sources in support of performing supplier reporting, operational reporting and quantitative analyses of utilization and costs.
Lead the development and execution of analytical and/or research activities to provide senior leadership with information and tools for strategic decision making and planning, trends and forecasting, data and informatics needs, emerging technologies.
Provide best in class reporting and analytics to demonstrate the value of Pandion Optimization Alliance products and services. Drive the continual development of “best practice” member consulting and analytics tools leading to high levels of retention and acquisition.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, and smart boards.
PHYSICIAL DEMANDS:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, bend or stand as necessary. Must be able to use and manipulate normal office tools, converse effectively via correspondence and orally (especially the telephone), sit for prolonged periods of time and to move about the facilities.
