About the TALENT TEAM
On the surface the Talent Team does administrative work to keep the employees of New York Cares paid, safe, and productive. Beneath that surface sit the unseen efforts that heavily influence the culture of New York Cares from the inside out. In addition to processing payroll, facilitating onboarding and offboarding, and managing employee benefits, the Talent Team is setting a tone for a culture of growth. From influencing organizational strategy to sourcing best-in-class professional development opportunities for staff, the Talent Team has an outsized impact on the future of New York Cares and the employees.
About The Talent Specialist
New York Cares is seeking a Talent Specialist to contribute to the high-quality execution of the administrative processes. The Specialist will support talent in processing payroll, administering employee benefits, and liaise with other departments for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. The Specialist will additionally support research for best practices of these processes and provide recommendations for improvements. The Talent Specialist will report to the Director of Talent.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is: $65,000-$72,000, commiserate with experience. Salary is just one component of New York Cares' total compensation package.
